Players Cards....4/10/2011

It has being brought to light that players cards are not being checked before games to validate there permission to play in that game by managers/match delegates.
To state..... that cards should be swapped before the game and each card is checked against each player ,checking for correct details and picture.
Clubs are to be made aware that if this is not observed by committee members attending games it will noted and clubs will be fined - £10.
It is in YOUR Teams intrest to validate opposing team members.
