A couple of important pieces of information

1)      FULL COUNCIL MEETING on 27^th February has now changed to

WEDNESDAY 29^TH FEBRUARY – ALL CLUBS MUST BE REPRESENTED

2)      At last night’s management meeting Debbie Nathan resigned with immediate effect, (we thank her for her tremendous work efforts over the last few years)

 therefore from Today’s date 31^st January 2012 - the fixture secretaries for the following age groups will be:

i)             U10 – Conrad Comissiong – ALL RESULTS FOR U10’s TO BE TELEPHONED THROUGH TO HIM on 01923 254788

ii)            U14 – Mark Axten - ALL RESULTS FOR U14’s TO BE TELEPHONED THROUGH TO HIM on 01442 233339

These numbers have to be used from SUNDAY 5^th February’s results, please pass onto your relevant team managers as if they fail to do so they will be fined for non-result

3)      We have had a lot of requests from teams asking for league officials to be present at games, this has increased over the last few weeks – if you request a league official at a game there will be a £25.00 fee to be paid.

4)      Please change the contact for Echoes U14 to James Carter – 07872 319691 – james_carter21@msn.com   The alternative contact will be Emma Pynaert Club Secretary

5)      All league winners shields & League/Challenge cups (Not Spring Cups) must be returned on the 29^th February meeting, engraved and packed suitably.  These will be inspected when being handed in, as last year we received a couple back damaged & were just left on the table.  These are to be handed in at the END of the full council meeting – Remember if they are not returned  or are returned damaged you will be fined.
